Every answer points back to its source so you can check it, and nothing in your files is used to train someone else's model. It's your own knowledge, working faster, on hardware you control.

It holds a real conversation, works out what the customer actually needs, captures their details, and texts the lead straight to your phone. You wake up to a name and a number instead of a missed opportunity.

It answers only from your own website, and says so plainly when it doesn't know, which keeps it from inventing prices or promising availability you never offered. Emergency wording overrides everything else: if someone types “I smell gas”, your phone rings regardless of what the model made of the sentence. And each customer's data is isolated at the database level, not just in application code.

Some work sits outside what a ready-made product can cover. A Custom AI Build is a scoped project in which Advanced Technology Labs designs and builds an assistant for a defined job in your organisation: answering staff questions from your own documents, guiding a team through a process you repeat every week, or handling first-line customer questions that go beyond a standard website setup.

The build starts from your content and your rules. Knowledge builds answer from your approved documents and cite the source, so your team can check an answer in seconds. Customer builds answer from your website and your service information, and they pass the conversation to a person when the answer is not there. Where the work is sensitive, the build can run on your own infrastructure, the pattern we use in CaseMindPro, so your files stay under your control.

Every engagement starts with an assessment. The assessment fee is CA$1,500 plus applicable taxes, credited in full against the build if you proceed within 90 days. You describe the job, we review the content and systems it touches, and you receive a written proposal stating what will be built, what it will cost, and what we need from you. If one of our products already covers your need, we will tell you that during the assessment and point you to it instead.
